Wynwood Grand is developed by City Developments Limited (CDL), one of Singapore’s largest listed property developers. CDL won the Woodlands Drive 17 EC site at tender with a top bid of about S$360.9 million — roughly S$782 psf per plot ratio, a record for a Woodlands EC site. Executive Condominiums are sold under HDB eligibility rules. As a new Executive Condominium, Wynwood Grand will carry a 5-year Minimum Occupation Period from the date of TOP, during which the unit cannot be sold or rented out in full. Final terms follow the prevailing HDB and developer conditions at launch.
